Full time Onsite Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $19-$22 hourly DoE Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8 am - 5 pm
Job Description:
1 year of proven experience as a crate builder, carpenter, or similar role in a manufacturing or construction environment
Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and measuring devices
Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and assembly
Good physical stamina and dexterity to handle materials and perform repetitive tasks
Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a workshop setting
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Operate and known how to maneuver heavy loads using Hyster- H360XL (36,000 pounds) and Doosan -GC55C-5 ( 12,000 pounds) forklifts.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in Cargowise software, a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, WMS)
