Receptionist-Bilingual Spanish

Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $40K-$45K
Schedule: Monday - Friday – 9am-5 pm
Job Summary:
The Receptionist will support the program with client intake, application processing, client communication, and general administration.
Responsibilities:
• Answering general office phone line and serving clients accordingly, providing Spanish language services to all clients via phone and email communication.
• Management of all email communication and information filing of the general email inbox.
• Management of all client intake from website, email inbox, and direct referrals.
• Receiving, monitoring, uploading and reporting client applications for housing counseling and lending data from Credit Union partners.
• Receiving, monitoring, uploading, aggregating and reporting counseling data from nonprofit housing counseling partners using existing systems.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Have 2-4 years of experience as a Receptionist , customer service, or related job.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
Property Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs; including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint preferred.
• Extremely organized, detail oriented, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
