Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure electrical engineering projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct thorough research to identify rebate opportunities for our products and services.
- Develop rebate strategies to maximize financial incentives and cost savings.
- Monitor and track rebate programs to ensure compliance with program requirements.
- Stay up to date with the latest rebate program guidelines, regulations, and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in electrical engineering, preferably with a focus on rebate programs.
- Experience in lighting manufacturing, a plus
- Proficiency in electrical engineering software and tools.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations and spec sheets
- Experience in designing and developing electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the field is preferred but not required.
