Work Schedule: Monday-Friday – 9am-5 pm
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all shipping and receiving logistics, including preparing shipping documents, scheduling shipments, and tracking delivery status
Assist in managing and organizing inventory, including conducting periodic stock checks and generating inventory reports
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, answering phone calls, and responding to email inquiries
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while ensuring deadlines are consistently met
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Background in inventory control and shipping
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
