This pivotal role involves overseeing our team during late hours, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a productive and compliant work environment.
Direct Hire 2nd shift – 4 pm – 12 am 3rd shift - 10:30 pm – 7 am Proficiency in English and Spanish
Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of workers during the 3rd shift to ensure efficient operations.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Production Monitoring: Monitor production processes and workflows to ensure optimal performance.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and other company managers to facilitate smooth operations.
Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports on:
Payroll and hours
Shift issues and/or updates
Time Clock Management: Monitor and manage the time clock to ensure accurate recording of hours worked.
Employee Mentoring: Mentor new employees to support their integration and development.
Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in staffing and recruiting, preferably in an on-site or coordinator role
Fluency in English and Spanish, a plus
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
Flexible and able to handle non-standard hours as required.
