Bilingual On-Site Coordinator/Recruiter

Are you a skilled leader with a talent for problem-solving and a commitment to operational excellence? We are looking for an Onsite Coordinator/Recruiter to join our team in Holmdel, NJ. This pivotal role involves overseeing our team during late hours, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a productive and compliant work environment.

Direct Hire
2nd shift – 4 pm – 12 am
3rd shift - 10:30 pm – 7 am
Proficiency in English and Spanish

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of workers during the 3rd shift to ensure efficient operations.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Production Monitoring: Monitor production processes and workflows to ensure optimal performance.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and other company managers to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports on:
    • Payroll and hours
    • Shift issues and/or updates
  • Time Clock Management: Monitor and manage the time clock to ensure accurate recording of hours worked.
  • Employee Mentoring: Mentor new employees to support their integration and development.

Requirements:
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in staffing and recruiting, preferably in an on-site or coordinator role 
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, a plus
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
  • Flexible and able to handle non-standard hours as required.
