Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of workers during the 3rd shift to ensure efficient operations.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Production Monitoring: Monitor production processes and workflows to ensure optimal performance.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and other company managers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports on:
- Payroll and hours
- Shift issues and/or updates
- Time Clock Management: Monitor and manage the time clock to ensure accurate recording of hours worked.
- Employee Mentoring: Mentor new employees to support their integration and development.
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in staffing and recruiting, preferably in an on-site or coordinator role
- Fluency in English and Spanish, a plus
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
- Flexible and able to handle non-standard hours as required.
