Pay Rate: $20 hourly
Contract to Hire
Shift Hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Thursday, 9am-2pm Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and order updates via email in a professional and timely manner
Resolve customer issues related to product availability, shipment delays, or order discrepancies
Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to track stock levels and ensure order fulfillment
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Monitor low-stock items and assist in inventory replenishment
Support returns, exchanges, and complaint resolution processes
Update internal systems with order and inventory data
Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with inventory management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service or order processing experience is a plus
