Warehouse Customer Service Rep

Pay Rate: $20 hourly
Contract to Hire

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and order updates via email in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer issues related to product availability, shipment delays, or order discrepancies
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to track stock levels and ensure order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Monitor low-stock items and assist in inventory replenishment
- Support returns, exchanges, and complaint resolution processes
- Update internal systems with order and inventory data
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with inventory management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or order processing experience is a plus
