We are currently seeking a Warehouse Order Puller for a client in Dallas, TX. This is a physically demanding position requiring continuous heavy lifting throughout the entire shift. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, labor-intensive warehouse environment.

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekend Work: Not required Important Requirements

• This position requires consistent lifting of metal beams weighing 70–80 lbs for up to 8 hours per day
• Construction-style, high-top steel-toe boots are required

• Cowboy-style steel toe boots are not permitted
• Tennis shoe-style steel toe footwear are not permitted

• Candidates must complete:

• A formal application
• A background check prior to submission to client

Start Dates: Employees may start on Mondays or Thursdays only after they clear background.

• Candidates who complete the process quickly will be prioritized for the next available start date
• Delays in completing requirements may result in up to a one-week wait for the next start date

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare metal fixtures and beams for shipment
• Follow pick tickets and packing lists to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Load and unload heavy materials onto pallets and trucks
• Verify measurements, quantities, and barcodes using scanners and tape measures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines
• Cross-train in other departments as needed

Work Environment

• Non-climate controlled warehouse with exposure to heat and cold
• Continuous physical activity including lifting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order pulling experience preferred
• Ability to consistently lift 70–80 lbs throughout the entire shift
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
• Ability to operate scanning equipment and material handling equipment (training provided)
• Commitment to safety and company policies
