Job Description: The IT Coordinator for North America is responsible for assisting with IT project coordination, including tracking project status, maintaining financials and supporting requisitions and purchase order activities. This role involves coordinating with IT team leaders, organizing vendor meetings, maintaining IT operations run books, team sites and handling IT administrative tasks. Additionally, the coordinator ensures effective communication within the IT team and with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with IT North America team leads and members to ensure timely and successful completion of project milestones. Track progress and report on project status.
Track project financials, including capital and operational budgets and actual spend.
Assist IT leads in liaising with external vendors for services and equipment, ensuring value and quality. Support project related procurement activities.
Maintain accurate records of assets, processes and updates to IT NA environment.
Support the creation of documentation, knowledge content, and communication materials to facilitate change management and effective stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer science or related fields.
Proven experience in project coordination or administrative support within an IT environment.
Strong technical problem solving and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Adaptable and able to handle changing priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members across the organization.
Experience in Life Sciences organization is a plus.
