Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $15/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday – 6 am - 2:30 pm
Must be available to work overtime on weekdays and weekends

Job Description:
Under general supervision, perform any of the following activities as assigned: moves, tracks, sorts, and handles product throughout the order fulfillment process. Functions may include, but not limited to, picking, packing, sorting, shipping, inspecting and auditing.

• Lifting merchandise onto and off conveyers or pallets
• Receive product
• Build and stack boxes
• Create shipping labels
• Unpack, sort, and count product and stage for picking
• Using a scanner, audit order for accuracy
• Separate groups into individual orders
• Pack orders
• Compare the quantity, quality, labeling, and address with the customer’s order to ensure outgoing product shipments are complete and correct

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center experience is a plus
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Reliable and able to work well as part of a team

Work Environment:

• This position is in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled space with varying temperatures
