Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm
This role is responsible for communicating with client accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances, and supporting overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Operations to address client inquiries and ensure accuracy in billing.

- Follow up on missing or outstanding invoices
- Assist in resolving client inquiries related to billing and charges
- Provide backup support to the Finance team as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all client communications and transactions
- Identify and escalate collection issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in logistics/supply chain industry preferred
- Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related accounting role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (strong English is a must)
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
