Duties:
- Communicate directly with clients via phone and email to address questions, updates, and service requests
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to fulfill client needs such as inventory checks, special projects, and time-sensitive requirements
- Work within a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage and update client records and order statuses
- Step in on the warehouse floor when needed to assist with high-priority or urgent client requests
- Manage multiple client relationships with professionalism and accuracy
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience, especially in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable switching between desk work and physical presence on the warehouse floor
- Familiarity with warehouse systems or inventory software is required
