Bilingual Customer Service Representative

A well-established company in the warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment industry is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team in Cranbury, New Jersey 08512. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and has experience supporting both customer communications and basic billing functions.

Full-time Onsite
Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: DoE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
Fluency in English and Spanish is required

Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will serve as a key contact for clients, ensuring timely updates, order accuracy, and support across logistics and billing operations. You’ll work closely with internal departments to resolve issues and provide exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide real-time updates on orders, shipments, inventory, and delivery timelines
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to orders, delays, discrepancies, or returns
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to meet service expectations
  • Support billing activities including reviewing service logs, preparing invoices, and addressing billing inquiries
  • Reconcile basic billing discrepancies and escalate more complex issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of all client communications and service activities in internal systems
  • Assist with onboarding of new client accounts and ensure proper documentation setup

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or distribution
  • Experience with billing or invoicing processes is strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both communication and data entry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
