Production Planner

Job Summary
The Production Planner is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the production process.   The Production Planner has a specific focus on the materials and goods required in the production phase and works closely with Production stakeholders and functions to ensure everything runs smoothly without delays.

Area Of Responsibility
  • Drive daily weekly and monthly production planning meeting.
  • Track and publish production reports on daily basis.
  • Follow up with cross function teams to ensure production plan is executed as per plan.
  • Maintain database for production numbers.
  • Analyze data to find out areas of improvement.
  • Customize dashboards for generating automatic report.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance and calibrations of production equipment are incorporated into the monthly planning  
  • Work with SCM/Finance for data analysis.
  • Ensure commit Versus Supply data is published on daily basis

Travel Estimate: 10%

Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree required.
  • Minimum two (2) years in Planning function, preferably in Pharma (OTC / Nutra / Rx/Gx, any business) or Cosmetic.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling high number of SKU’s
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office – specifically Excel and PowerPoint; Microsoft Office, SAP preferred.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication: verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.
  • A team building champion driving innovative cross functional synergies.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
  • The requirement for English language proficiency for this job role is Intermediate-B1+ (comparable to Global CEFR Independent B1) level based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
