Traffic/Routing Associate
Jersey City, New Jersey · Transportation/LogisticsWe’re looking for a Traffic/Routing Associate to help plan delivery schedules, support the Traffic Manager, and assist with daily warehouse and delivery operations. If you’re organized, comfortable with technology, and enjoy working in a team, this could be a great fit for you!
Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Job Summary:
Develops and maintains transportation and distribution procedures to maximize delivery efficiency. Selects appropriate delivery methods to minimize delivery costs and maximize customer satisfaction. Responsible for the organization, scheduling of Independent Drivers, and directing of the warehouse/traffic operation on a day-to-day work plan, using Roadnet. Adjust and develop schedules as necessary in shipping area, responsible for order accuracy, productivity levels, and coordinate warehouse activities under the direction of the Traffic Manager.

Qualifications
- Associates degree from College or Technical school
- One to three years of related experience.
- Familiarity with Lawson
- Must have experience with Roadnet
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
