This role ensures that deliveries are efficiently planned, accurately documented, and ready for drivers, helping maintain smooth outbound logistics operations.

Contract-to-Hire

- Plan and schedule daily outbound routes for shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate load preparation and dispatch.
- Maintain detailed records of routes, shipments, and driver assignments.
- Collaborate with drivers and internal teams to address routing or scheduling issues.
- Assist management with operational reporting and route optimization.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in routing, logistics coordination, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or routing software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player.
