Contract to Hire Pay Rate: DoE Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-4pm
Responsibilities: • Input sales orders and manage invoicing accurately. • Assist with scheduling and handling shipping appointments. • Handle customer requests over phone and email in a professional manner • Support daily non-financial bookkeeping activities. • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications: • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar software). • Excellent communication and attention to detail. • Ability to work onsite in Brooklyn, NY. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn; no prior experience required.
