Position Overview
Under general supervision, Warehouse Associates support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations. Candidates may be assigned to either the Loader/Unloader role or the Merch Processor role based on business needs.

Contract-to-Hire

- Loader/Unloader: $16.00/hour
- Merch Processor: $15.00/hour

Under general supervision, Warehouse Associates support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations. Candidates may be assigned to either the Loader/Unloader role or the Merch Processor role based on business needs.
Under general supervision, perform warehouse activities related to loading and unloading shipments and handling product.
Responsibilities:
- Load packaged shipments onto shipping trucks
- Bundle packages prior to loading
- Operate hand trucks for moving individual packages
- Unload incoming shipments and stage materials in the warehouse
- Record inventory and track product movement
- Document changes to scheduled shipments
- Perform general warehouse maintenance and housekeeping
Under general supervision, perform activities throughout the order fulfillment process including picking, packing, sorting, shipping, inspecting, and auditing product.
Responsibilities:
- Lift merchandise onto and off conveyors or pallets
- Receive incoming product
- Build, stack, and prepare boxes for shipment
- Create and apply shipping labels
- Unpack, sort, count, and stage product for picking
- Use handheld scanners to audit orders for accuracy
- Separate bulk product into individual customer orders
- Pack orders for shipment
- Verify quantity, quality, labeling, and shipping address accuracy
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, fulfillment, or distribution experience is a plus
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable and able to work well in a team environment
- Fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Varying temperatures throughout the facility
