We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Lead to keep our client’s warehouse running smoothly and ensure orders go out accurately and on time. You’ll handle everything from receiving shipments to organizing inventory, managing outbound orders, and coordinating with carriers. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with warehouse equipment.

Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $18-21/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 am – 5 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship orders on time.
• Receive and organize incoming merchandise.
• Load and unload trucks (inbound and outbound).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.
• Optimize inventory storage to maximize space.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers and manage shipping documentation.
• Apply shipping rates correctly and scan packages as they leave.

Qualifications:

• Able to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy boxes.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with dispatch and scheduling shipments.
• Ability to research shipping costs and choose appropriate options.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain smooth, efficient warehouse operations.
