We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Lead to keep our client’s warehouse running smoothly and ensure orders go out accurately and on time. You’ll handle everything from receiving shipments to organizing inventory, managing outbound orders, and coordinating with carriers. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with warehouse equipment.

Pay Rate: DoE
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9 am – 6 pm / Friday, 9 am – 4 pm Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support warehouse team operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time
• Receive and organize incoming merchandise
• Load and unload trucks (inbound and outbound)
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
• Optimize inventory storage to maximize space
• Coordinate shipments with carriers and manage shipping documentation
• Apply shipping rates correctly and scan packages as they leave
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse experience, preferably in a lead or supervisory role
• Proven experience picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently
• Experience receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming merchandise
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively
• Experience safely operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Physically capable of lifting heavy boxes
• Ability to coordinate with dispatch and schedule shipments
• Comfortable researching shipping costs and selecting appropriate options
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
