Bilingual Line Lead

Holmdel, New Jersey
We are seeking an experienced Line Lead to oversee daily production line operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. This role is responsible for coordinating team activities, optimizing workflow, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the achievement of production goals. The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing leadership experience and a strong understanding of quality and compliance standards.

Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour during training
                 $17.97/hour upon successful completion of training
Shift: 7 am - 3:15 pm


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily production line operations to meet output and quality targets
  • Coordinate team members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
  • Implement and monitor quality control checks to maintain product standards
  • Train and support new employees on production procedures and safety guidelines
  • Monitor production metrics and prepare performance reports
  • Accurately log transactions in the Inventory Management System (Epicor) to ensure all components and finished goods are properly accounted for
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels to minimize downtime
  • Complete Safety for Life Inspection forms
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and cGMP standards
  • Facilitate communication between production staff and management

Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • 1–3 years of experience in a leadership role within manufacturing
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Experience with quality control procedures
  • Background in operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field is a plus
