Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (may extend to 4:00 PM depending on workload)
Language Requirement: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred or English-speaking

Job Summary
This role is responsible for designing and executing store layouts that maximize space, drive sales, increase profitability, and enhance the customer shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

• Support Territory Managers with product merchandising and placement recommendations in assigned chain stores
• Maintain detailed logs and records of before-and-after results for new product placements and display changes
• Set up new store locations and reset existing store layouts
• Provide feedback on planograms created by the Merchandising Manager to strengthen market position and maximize sales
• Stock shelves, counters, and display tables with merchandise
• Set up promotional and advertising displays to increase product visibility and sales
• Assist customers with locating merchandise and restock selected items back onto shelves as needed

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must possess a valid Class C driver’s license
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs
