Bilingual Warehouse Associate – Sit-Down Forklift Operator
Opa-locka, Florida · Transportation/LogisticsWe are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Bilingual Warehouse Associate with sit-down forklift experience to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency while handling materials, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining organized inventory within a warehouse setting.

Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st shift
Pay Rate: $16/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a sit-down forklift safely to move, load, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist with order picking, packing, and general warehouse duties as assigned
- Maintain proper inventory organization and assist with material handling tasks
- Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures at all times
- Conduct basic equipment checks and report any operational issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to support warehouse operations
Requirements:
- Sit-down forklift experience (required)
- Valid forklift certification (preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Steel-toe boots required
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and teamwork skills
