Warehouse Picker/Packer (Apparel Distribution)
We're hiring Warehouse Pickers/Packers to join a fast-paced apparel distribution center in Fort Worth, TX 76131. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy staying active and working in a team environment. You'll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, scanning, and preparing clothing orders for shipment while meeting productivity and quality standards.
Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Friday – Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Pick and pack apparel orders accurately using RF scanners.
- Scan products and update inventory using warehouse computer systems.
- Verify item numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities before packing.
- Label, package, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain accuracy while meeting daily productivity goals.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience using RF scanners or handheld devices is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate warehouse systems.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
