Bilingual Pick Pack Associate
South River, New Jersey · Transportation/LogisticsWe are hiring a Bilingual Pick Pack Associate for a growing logistics and distribution company in South River, NJ. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a steady Monday–Friday schedule and long-term potential for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have previous pick/pack or warehouse experience, preferably within a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment, and be comfortable using warehouse software and inventory systems. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00–$21.00/hour (DoE)

Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Verify order accuracy and maintain quality standards
- Use warehouse software and scanning systems to track inventory and shipments
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Support daily warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Previous pick/pack or warehouse experience required
- 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) experience preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse software and inventory systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
