Contract Pay Rate: DoE Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Overview The Shipping & Logistics Assistant will support daily shipping operations, including generating domestic shipping labels, organizing packages, and coordinating daily carrier pickups. The ideal candidate is comfortable using a computer, quick to learn internal systems, and able to handle packages of varying sizes. Responsibilities Generate domestic UPS shipping labels using the company's internal system Match shipping labels and tracking numbers to internal reference numbers Locate, label, and organize packages for daily UPS collections Move and prepare packages ranging from small boxes to larger crates Maintain accuracy when processing shipments and tracking information Assist with general warehouse and shipping-related tasks as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Prior shipping, logistics, warehouse, or fulfillment experience Basic computer and laptop skills Ability to learn and navigate internal software systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to safely lift and move packages weighing up to 40–50 lbs Reliable attendance and punctuality About ProStaff Workforce Solutions We are a fast growing and successful agency that treats all its clients and candidates with a personal touch.
