We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment & Returns Associate to join our client’s team in Jersey City. This role focuses primarily on processing customer orders and handling product returns using company systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computers, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a warehouse environment. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using company software and systems
Review, inspect, and process returned merchandise
Update order, return, and inventory records in company systems
Ensure all order and return transactions are completed accurately and on time
Assist with inventory tracking and warehouse organization
Communicate with team members regarding order status and return issues
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience in order processing and returns
Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
