Job Summary We are looking for a Travel Coordinator to handle all company travel for North America. This includes booking flights, hotels, and transportation for employees and executives. The role ensures travel follows company policies and runs smoothly, including support for urgent and last-minute travel needs.
Responsibilities
Book domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
Make sure all travel follows company policies and budget guidelines
Keep accurate travel records for reporting and audits
Work with HR and Finance on approvals, reimbursements, and expenses
Help employees with international travel needs (visas, vaccinations, and documents)
Share travel updates and itinerary changes with travelers
Stay updated on travel rules and advisories
Support travel for meetings, conferences, and large events
Prepare travel and expense reports as needed
Provide VIP travel support for executives
Work with vendors to help secure better travel rates
Assist employees with the travel booking system (Concur)
Provide after-hours emergency travel support when needed
Qualifications
2+ years of travel experience (corporate travel preferred)
Experience booking both domestic and international travel
Knowledge of travel systems like Concur, Galileo, or Sabre
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
Experience with events or conference travel is a plus
College degree preferred
