Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, and store commercial gym equipment
- Plan and prepare daily delivery and installation routes for pending jobs
- Keep trucks clean and ready for the next day's orders and deliveries
- Ensure the crew has all tools needed for each job, ready on time
- Make sure the crew brings the packing list for every job
- Make sure no tools are left behind at client properties, and that no personal belongings are left behind either
- Work collaboratively with a team of 5 people
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse operations required
- Experience in the fitness/gym equipment industry is a plus
- Strong leadership skills and an innovative, "out-of-the-box" problem solver
- Ability to plan logistics and routes efficiently
- Team player with good communication skills
- Physically able to lift, assemble, and install equipment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
