Bilingual Warehouse Lead
A sugar packaging and manufacturing company in Westampton Township, NJ is seeking a bilingual Warehouse Lead to join their team. This position will work directly with the Fulfillment Operations Manager and will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, assisting team members, and ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to daily operations.
Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $24/hr (DoE)
Work Schedule: Start time is 6:00 AM. End time varies based on workload

Contract-to-Hire

Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily warehouse activities and team members.
- Work hands-on with warehouse functions, including material handling, staging, loading/unloading, and organizing inventory.
- Assist with receiving, shipping, and fulfillment operations.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (forklift certification will be provided).
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure products are handled properly.
- Help train and support team members with daily tasks and procedures.
- Monitor workflow and assist the Fulfillment Operations Manager with daily priorities.
- Perform general warehouse upkeep and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
- Assist with basic maintenance, repairs, and facility needs as required.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Previous warehouse experience required.
- Previous lead, team lead, or supervisory experience required.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, packaging, or production environment preferred.
- Ability to work hands-on in warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to learn and operate a forklift (company will provide certification).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
