We are hiring experienced Raymond Cherry Picker (Narrow Aisle/High Bay) Forklift Operators for a fast-paced distribution warehouse in Fort Worth, TX 76131. This role combines forklift operation with general warehouse duties. Candidates must be comfortable working at elevated heights and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

$1.00/hour raise after successfully completing 90 days

Schedule: Friday – Sunday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

Operate Raymond Cherry Picker/Narrow Aisle forklifts to pick, move, and stage products.
Retrieve inventory from high-bay racking while working at elevated heights.
Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
Build and stack pallets as needed.
Assist with picking, packing, and other warehouse duties when not operating equipment.
Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
Perform equipment inspections and report safety concerns.
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.

Requirements

Previous experience operating a Raymond Cherry Picker/Narrow Aisle Forklift is required.
Comfortable working at elevated heights while wearing required fall protection.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive warehouse tasks.
Experience using RF scanners is preferred.
Strong attention to safety and detail.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Must pass forklift evaluation and safety training.
