We are seeking a Bilingual HR Manager Consultant to support a distribution center in Flower Mound, TX. This is a hands-on HR role for an experienced professional who is comfortable working independently and managing a broad range of HR responsibilities.

Pay Rate: DoE

Key Responsibilities

Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers, including employee relations.
Support recruiting, onboarding, staffing, and workforce planning.
Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and HRIS processes.
Manage and support benefits and leave administration.
Assist with performance management and employee development.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee inquiries.
Partner with managers to address employee concerns and workplace issues.
Support additional HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related Field, or a Human Resource Certification.
Five (5) years of Human Resources administration experience is required.
Experience with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll/timekeeping, HRIS, benefits, and performance management.
Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employee documentation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
Experience in a distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
Previous experience with HRIS and payroll systems is required, i.e UKG preferred.
Bilingual Spanish/English required.
