Bilingual Quality Control Warehouse Associate
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Control Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is responsible for inspecting products, identifying discrepancies, and promptly communicating any issues to ensure accuracy and quality standards are maintained.
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, can remain focused while performing repetitive tasks, and is comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment.
Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect products and orders for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or other quality issues promptly.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while completing daily tasks.
- Follow established quality control procedures and company guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other warehouse and quality control duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Previous warehouse, quality control, or inventory experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to remain focused and productive in a warehouse environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to promptly report discrepancies.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work Monday through Friday.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to bend, crouch, and perform other physical movements as needed.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
