We are looking for an experienced Regional HR Generalist to join our team and support our client’s warehouse operations and employees across multiple shifts. This role will be a key HR partner to both employees and operations leadership, providing hands-on support in employee relations, investigations, onboarding, training, communications, and day-to-day HR activities.

The ideal candidate has experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment, enjoys working in a fast-paced setting, and is comfortable building strong relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.

Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $72K-83K/yr
Location: Blue Mound, Texas
Schedule: 1st shift, with the flexibility to support 2nd or 3rd shift and weekend operations as needed.
Reports To: HR Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support a warehouse/distribution facility and approximately 200+ employees across three shifts.
This is a hands-on HR role that works closely with employees and operations leadership. The ideal candidate has experience in a warehouse, distribution center, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, employee-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and leaders across multiple shifts.
Handle employee relations concerns, including coaching, corrective action, and investigations.
Support employee onboarding, orientation, and training.
Communicate HR policies, updates, and company information to employees.
Partner with operations leadership on performance, attendance, and workplace issues.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS information.
Support benefits, payroll, leave, and other general HR questions.
Assist with recruiting, internal transfers, and other employee lifecycle activities.
Help ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement and workplace initiatives.

Qualifications

3+ years of HR experience, preferably in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing.
Experience supporting a workforce of approximately 100+ employees.
Strong employee relations and investigation experience.
Experience with onboarding and employee training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations professionally.
Comfortable working independently and partnering with operations leadership.
HRIS experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

Schedule Requirements
Because this position supports a three-shift operation, flexibility is required. The HR Generalist must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift and provide weekend support as needed.
We are looking for someone who is approachable, hands-on, solutions-oriented, and comfortable being a visible HR presence in the operation.
