Forklift Operator (Raymond Cherry Picker / Narrow Aisle)
We are hiring experienced Raymond Cherry Picker (Narrow Aisle/High Bay) Forklift Operators for a fast-paced distribution warehouse in Fort Worth, TX 76131. This role combines forklift operation with general warehouse duties. Candidates must be comfortable working at elevated heights and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
- $1.00/hour raise after successfully completing 90 days
Responsibilities
- Operate Raymond Cherry Picker/Narrow Aisle forklifts to pick, move, and stage products.
- Retrieve inventory from high-bay racking while working at elevated heights.
- Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Build and stack pallets as needed.
- Assist with picking, packing, and other warehouse duties when not operating equipment.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Perform equipment inspections and report safety concerns.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating a Raymond Cherry Picker/Narrow Aisle Forklift is required.
- Comfortable working at elevated heights while wearing required fall protection.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive warehouse tasks.
- Experience using RF scanners is preferred.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must pass forklift evaluation and safety training.
