Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts

Summary:

The maintenance technician position conducts troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and repair maintenance on pumps, tanks, motors, electrical instrumentation, buildings and other equipment in the facility.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime to production.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
• Other projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting
• OSHA Certification(s), preferred

• Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience required.
• Experience with troubleshooting motors, circuits, PLCs, etc.
• Experience with welding, cutting, and fabrication.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
