Contract-to-Hire

Summary
Utilizes professional Human Resource services and operations knowledge to support the execution of corporate HR processes and policies related to the delivery of HR transactional & administrative services. Responsibilities include interfacing with HR management, site management, employees, vendors, etc. to execute delivery of HR programs and policies for compliance and HR records data integrity activities.
 
Area Of Responsibility
•             Assist and support all HR processes including but not limited to: onboarding, off-boarding, unemployment, accurate employee records, Family & Medical Leave, employment verification, employee letters, employee relations matters, data reconciliation and input.
•             Serve as initial point of contact for any employee HR related inquiries.  Act as a liaison to Workforce Services, Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition for any query.
•             Monitor and audit HR system records and documentation, evaluate and escalate employee feedback, troubleshooting and tracking discrepancies, and providing root cause analysis and recommendation to facilitate or escalate appropriately effective and compliant resolutions.
•             Maintain accurate site organization charts, HR records and authorized personnel data for audit readiness. Provide support during audit as needed.
•             Prepare required periodic reporting and perform analysis for headcount, KPI’s, HR transactional, site related or other ad hoc reports.
•             Takes proactive measures to support integrity in systems and processes.
•             Maintain required notices and communication of HR related business to three (3) workplace locations.
 
 
Qualifications
•             Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/similar program or equivalent work experience.
•             Minimum of four (4) years of experience in similar HR role. 
•             SHRM-CP or HRIC-PHR certification preferred.
•             E
xperience with payroll admin, payroll law and compliance, a plus
•             Demonstrated competency using Microsoft Office; experience with an HRIS system.
•             Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
•             Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task among competing priorities.
•             Familiarity with employment law and regulations and knowledge of HR concepts and practices.
•             Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment at varying levels within the organization.
•             Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.
•             Acts in an ethical and compliant manner and requires others to do the same.
